Privacy Policy

This site is operated by altrntv labs, llc, an Oregon limited liability company (“altrntv labs”, “we”). Questions about this policy can be sent to tyler@altrntv.io.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The only personal information we collect is what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, organization, whether you are an issuer or allocator, your process stage, and your message.

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and to carry on the conversation you started. They are delivered to us as email and handled as ordinary business correspondence. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Two providers process data on our behalf. Vercel hosts the site and processes IP addresses and request logs as part of serving and securing it. Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox as email. We do not share personal information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to the conversation and to reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing tyler@altrntv.io. If you are in the EEA or the UK, these requests are handled in line with the GDPR and UK GDPR.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
